    動詞第三人稱單數

    Sum up:動詞第三人稱單數的變化規則。

    ① 一般動詞后加-s。

    ② 以s, x, ch, sh,結尾的,后加-es。

    ③ 以輔音字母+o結尾,一般加-es。

    ④ 輔音字母+y結尾的單詞,變y為i,再加-es。

    比較下列兩組句子

    用括號所給詞的一般現在時形式完成下列句子,并把句子改成否定句。

    1. I ______(live) in Beijing. 

    I don’t live in Beijing.

    2. He ______(watch) TV every evening. 

    He doesn’t watch TV every.

    3. Li Hong often _______(listen) to the music.

    Li Hong doesn’t often listen to the music.

    4. She _______ (feel) happy.  

    She doesn’t feel happy.

    5. They ________ (can) play chess. 

    They can’t play chess.

    6. Lily _______ (be) from England.

    Lily isn’t from England.

    表示頻度方面的區別

    1. always是頻度最大的詞,意為“總是;永遠”。

    I always remember my first day at school.

    我將永遠記住我上學的第一天。 

    usually意為“通常”,即很少例外,頻度僅次于always。

    What do you usually have for breakfast?

    你通常早餐吃什么? 

    2. often 意為“經常”,在頻度上不如usually那么頻繁。

    Li Ping often does his homework in the afternoon.

    李平經常在下午做作業。

    never 從未;永不;決不。

    I have never been there. 我從未到過那里。 

    3. sometimes意為“有時候”,頻度比often小,表示動作偶爾發生,間斷較大。既可以放在be動詞、助動詞之后,行為動詞之前,也可以放在句首,還可以放在句尾。 

    I sometimes go to the library.

    我有時去圖書館。Sometimes I read a book in the evening.

    我有時在晚上看書。

    Grammar

    一般現在時

    表示經;蛄晳T性的動作、現在的狀態、客觀存在的普遍真理等,常與下列詞語連用:

    always / usually / often / sometimes / never

    on Sundays / Monday afternoon every day/

    week / month / year in the morning / afternoon / evening 

    頻度副詞

    always>usually>often>sometimes>seldom(很少)>never等是頻度副詞,放在助動詞,be 動詞之后或 行為動詞之前。

    1.我經常在六點半起床。 

    I often get up at half past six.

    2. 他通常在星期六上午打籃球。

    He usually plays basketball on Saturday morning. 

    3. 他們從來不玩電子游戲。

    They never play computer games.

    4. 我們總是在下午踢足球。

    We always play football in the afternoon.

    Rewrite the sentence with the words in brackets.

    1. I go to the cinema. (often)

    I often go to the cinema.

    2. He plays football on Saturday.( usually)

    He usually plays football on Saturday.

    3. She gets up at 7:00 am. ( always)

    She always gets up at 7:00 am.  

    4. They eat chocolate at home.( never)

    They never eat chocolate at home.

    Read the emails and check (√) the true sentences. 

    1. Mike’s birthday party begins at 4:00 pm.   

    2. Jane doesn’t want to go to the party.    

    3. Jack has got a little sister.     

    4. Jack always does his homework on Saturday afternoon.
