第一部分內容：基礎知識
◆I would run a business and lead a team.我將會經營一個企業，并領導一個團隊。
(1)run是動詞，表示“跑；經營”。run a business 意為“經營一個企業”。
(2)lead 是動詞，表示“領導，帶領，引領”，常用結構lead sb.in/into (帶領某人進入……) ，lead sb.to do sth.(帶領某人去做某事)。
【拓展】lead a happy life 過幸福生活，lead a team 領導一個團隊
leader為名詞，意為“領導人”。
◆I would work hard and make the company bigger and stronger.
我會努力工作，把公司做大做強。
make sb./sth. adj.意為“使某人/某物……”。
◆I would encourage them to be creative.我會激發他們的創造力。
encourage sb.to do sth.意為“鼓勵某人做某事”。
◆His dream is to be a doctor.他夢想成為一名醫生。
不定式表示主語的內容，作表語。
eg：My plan is to go there by bus.我的計劃是乘公交車去那兒。
◆But our biggest goal is to be happy.但我們最大的目標是快樂。
goal是名詞，表示“終點，目的，目標”，常用結構有 reach/achieve one's goal “達到某人的目標”。goal 還可表示“球門，進球，得分”，常用結構有get/make a goal(進球，得分)。
