In English grammar, the irregular verb be is an important auxiliary verb (also known as a helping verb), both in the present tense and in the past. Be has three forms in the present: I am; You (We, They) are; He (She, It) is.
be動詞是系動詞的一種，表示“……是……”的意思�，F在式（The Present Forms）有am，is，are三種。這三種動詞的原形是be，所以它們稱為be動詞。
名詞單數+is
My friend is Mia.
名詞復數+are
We are good friends.
There be句型
There is/are用于表示某物或某人的存在。
