“Best”is the superlative of “good”.
“Freshest”is the superlative of “fresh”.
“Newest”is the superlative of “new”.
“Most comfortably”is the superlative of “comfortable”.
“Biggest” is the superlative of “big”.
形容詞/副詞最高級變化規則
great —greatest
tall —tallest
通常情況下，直接在詞尾加 -est
nice —nicest
large —largest
如果單詞以不發音的字母e結尾，則只需在詞尾加 -st
heavy —heaviest
easy —easiest
以輔音字母加y結尾的雙音節詞，變y為i，加 -est
big —biggest
hot —hottest
如果單詞以重讀閉音節結尾，且詞尾只有一個輔音字母，則雙寫這個輔音字母再加 -est
