結構：助動詞be(am/is/are)+現在分詞。
變化規則：
1.大多數動詞可在后面直接加-ing。如：read-reading, sleep-sleeping.
2.以不發音的字母e結尾的動詞，則去掉e,再加-ing。如：write-writing, have-having.
3.在重讀閉音節中，如果動詞只有一個元音字母，且其后接有一個輔音字母，則雙寫此輔音字母，再加-ing。如：sit-sitting, run-running, swim-swimming.
