from River High School 為介詞短語作后置修飾語，翻譯時應提前。
to help others 作目的狀語。是“每周拿出幾個小時”的目的。
2. Mario believes it can help him to get his future dream job. 馬里奧相信這會幫助他獲得他的夢想職業。
help sb. (to) do sth. 幫助某人做某事；
help后的不定式符號to，可以省略。
e.g. Mike called on his sister to help him look for his lost keys.
邁克叫上他妹妹幫助他找鑰匙。
動詞不定式
1.動詞不定式的形式
動詞不定式的基本形式是“to+動詞原形”，使用時有時可以不帶to。動詞不定式沒有人稱和數的變化，在句子中不能作謂語，但仍保留動詞的特點，即可以有自己的賓語和狀語。動詞不定式同它的賓語或狀語構成動詞不定式短語。
動詞不定式的否定形式是在動詞不定式前面加not。
2.動詞不定式的用法
(1)不定式作主語:不定式作主語一般位于句首，謂語動詞用單數。
為了避免句子“頭重腳輕”，往往用it代替不定式作形式主語，而將不定式放在后面作真正的主語。
(2)不定式作表語
我的工作是照顧那個生病的男孩。
My work is to take care of the sick boy.
(3)不定式作賓語
不定式作賓語有兩種情況：一種是及物動詞后直接跟帶to的不定式，另一種是“及物動詞+疑問詞+帶to的不定式”。
