be sure后接從句，意為“認為……一定會；確信”，主語必須用表示人的名詞或代詞來充當。接that引導的從句時，that可以省略。be sure后面還可以接由whether，where，when，who等引導的名詞性從句，這時主句通常為否定形式。
2.You helped to make it possible for me to have Lucky.
make it + adj.+ for sb.+ to do sth.表示“使某人做某事”
這座石橋使村民過河變得方便起來。
This stone bridge makes it convenient for the villagers to cross the river.
3.Lucky makes a big difference to my life.
make a difference (to)意為“(對……)有影響；(對……起)作用”。
difference 前面還可用 some，big，great 等詞修飾，make a big /great difference表示“有重大影響；起很大作用”。
4.Or imagine you can’t walk or use your hands easily.
imagine作動詞, 意為“想象; 設想”, 不可用于進行時。
其名詞形式為 imagination，意為“想象”。
